Character sheet- Jamie

Filed under: Character Sheets — Joana @ 11:52 pm

Since I have the most important characters done, I decided to work boy-girl-boy-girl etc.  Next will be Misty, and then Devin and then… whoever else I might think to throw in here.

Part 1: The Basics

What is your full name?

Jamie Allen Bishop

Where and when were you born?

James Allen Memorial Hospital, November 1’st, fifteen years ago. Apparently my parents didn’t gender-test me and were hoping for a girl, so they didn’t have a boy name prepared.

Who are/were your parents?  (Know their names, occupations, etc)

My mother Wendy is a housewife and my father, Elliot, is a businessman.

Do you have any siblings?  What are/were they like?

Nope, I’m an only child.

Where do you live now, and with whom?  Describe the place and the person/people.

I go to Clearbell now. My parents somehow managed to get me into a dorm room with my best friend Devin, so I guess live with him? I’m home for most longer vacations.

What is your occupation?

Student

Write a full physical description of yourself.  You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.

Uh, my hair’s black and my eyes are blue. I’m like, five-seven maybe and Devin likes to say I’m ‘skinny as hell’. I die my hair red sometimes, but not usually all of it. Like, my bangs, which my parents used to freak out about but now I guess they don’t care.

To which social class do you belong?

Middle

Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?

Nope

Are you right- or left-handed?

Left-handed

What does your voice sound like?

I’ve never thought about it

What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?

Nothing I can think of

What do you have in your pockets?

A couple broken colored pencils

Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

Well. I’m hypersexual despite the fact that I have never had sex. Does that count?

Part 2: Growing Up

How would you describe your childhood in general?

Weird? I came out as gay in seventh grade and my parents apparently decided that shipping me off to art school was better than having to deal with me.

What is your earliest memory?

I honestly can’t say.

How much schooling have you had?

I’m currently a freshman in high school.

Did you enjoy school?

I like Clearbell, but before that, not so much.

Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?

School I guess

While growing up, did you have any role models?  If so, describe them.

I really loved watching the Ellen DeGeneres show. I think I wanted to be just like her.

While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?

I was a spoiled only child. Although sometimes I wonder just how much of it was love and how much of it was ‘give the kid a cookie to shut him up’.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

Ellen DeGeneres, apparently. Though I never had much of an interest in girls, so that’s a bit of a problem.

As a child, what were your favorite activities?

I loved drawing. My mom used to put them up on the fridge when I was really little. I’m sure she would’ve continued but my drawings got a lot less appropriate.

As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?

I climbed trees a lot. You may see where I’m going with this.

As a child, were you popular?  Who were your friends, and what were they like?

Eh, I had Devin. I don’t need a lot of friends.

When and with whom was your first kiss?

Sixth grade. I told this kid in my class that I was gay (I looked it up on the internet cause I was a smart little bugger) and he wanted to know what ‘gay’ was.

Are you a virgin?  If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?

Yes, I am. Not without protest of course.

Part 3: Past Influences

What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?

I dunno. A lot of stuff has happened in my life.

Who has had the most influence on you?

Probably Devin. He was the one who suggested to my parents I go to Clearbell when he saw I was having so much trouble at our school, for instance.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Living this long, with how much trouble I get myself into.

What is your greatest regret?

I’m kind of still living it…

Do you have a criminal record of any kind?

Hah, no, thank God.

When was the time you were the most frightened?

Oh, God. Those first few days at Clearbell. Fucking terrified. I’m not used to art kids.

What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?

I don’t get embarrassed.

If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?

I’m not sure.

Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions

Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?

A little of both, probably.

What is your greatest fear?

Rejection, from… someone.

What are your religious views?

I wasn’t raised religious, so I guess I’m indifferent.

What are your political views?

It’s a big mess is what it is.

What are your views on sex?

Can I have some?

Are you able to kill?

No

Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?

I don’t know. Give me time to find one and I’ll tell you.

What do you believe makes a successful life?

Having no regrets

How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?

I like to think I’m pretty open.

Do you have any biases or prejudices?

People-specific, yes. General no.

Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances?  Why do you refuse to do it?

Telling me to act straight will not work. I have no idea how, mostly.

Part 5: Relationships With Others

In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)?  Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?

I can get along with pretty much anyone.

Who is the most important person in your life?

Devin

Who is the person you respect the most, and why?

Honestly? I don’t know.

Who are your friends?  Do you have a best friend?  Describe these people.

Well, I think I’ve mentioned Devin enough for you to get the idea. Yeah, he’s my friend. There’s that junior guy in visual arts that I guess is trying to be nice to me, but I dunno.

Do you have a spouse or significant other?

No

Have you ever been in love?  If so, describe what happened.

Let me get back to you on that.

What do you look for in a potential lover?

Smart, funny, preferably blond.

How close are you to your family?

It varies

Have you started your own family?  If so, describe them.  If not, do you want to?  Why or why not?

No, and I really doubt I ever will.

Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?

I think you can guess the answer by now.

If you died or went missing, who would miss you?

My family would. Despite the rather questionable upbringing, I know Mom and Dad care for me.

Most of the kids from my old school.

Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?

Conflict finds me anyway.

Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?

Not really

Do you like interacting with large groups of people?  Why or why not?

Sometimes. Depends on my mood.

Do you care what others think of you?

I care what some people think of me. Not so much others.

Drawing, painting, stuff like that. Also I have to say I love a good bubblebath.

What is your favorite color?

Green

What is your favorite food?

Spaghetti with meat sauce

What, if anything, do you like to read?

I don’t read a lot

What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)?

I watch a lot of movies

Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs?  If so, why?  Do you want to quit?

I don’t do any of those

How do you spend a typical Saturday night?

Just goofing off or getting work done for a class

What makes you laugh?

A good joke

What, if anything, shocks or offends you?

Nothing really fazes me anymore.

What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?

Probably make sure Devin stayed up, too.

How do you deal with stress?

Screaming is good.

Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?

Surprisingly, I usually do have a plan. They just don’t always work.

Part 1: The Basics

What is your full name?

Miranda Black

Where and when were you born?

June 30th, Penobscot Valley Hospital

Who are/were your parents?  (Know their names, occupations, etc)

My mother Emily is a real-estate agent, while my father, David, owns his own restaurant

Do you have any siblings?  What are/were they like?

I have two! My twin brother Michael used to be this huge, loud spaz, but after our parents divorced he got all… I guess he’s mellow now but he was depressed for a long time. Then there’s our little sister Stacey, who’s ten years younger than us. She’s pretty resourceful for a seven-year-old.

Where do you live now, and with whom?  Describe the place and the person/people.

I live at Clearbell for a lot of the year since it’s a boarding school, and I live with my family during extended holidays.

What is your occupation?

Currently a student

Write a full physical description of yourself.  You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.

Upper-middle, probably

Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?

Nope

Are you right- or left-handed?

Right-handed

What does your voice sound like?

I… don’t know?

What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?

None that I can think of

What do you have in your pockets?

I have no pockets

Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

I like to stick my used gum in Michael’s hair, but that’s more to annoy him than anything else.

Part 2: Growing Up

How would you describe your childhood in general?

Pretty average, I guess.

What is your earliest memory?

Pushing Michael off the swing-set when we were three.

How much schooling have you had?

I’m currently a junior in high school.

Did you enjoy school?

Definitely!

Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?

Mom says I started dancing because I saw it on TV.

While growing up, did you have any role models?  If so, describe them.

Not really

While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?

Yep! Despite how much Michael complains now, he and I did a lot of plotting with each other when we were growing up.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I think I’ve wanted to be a dancer since I was five.

As a child, what were your favorite activities?

Dancing and aerobics, for some reason.

As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?

I was really energetic and creative, though Michael likes to say I was just devious.

As a child, were you popular?  Who were your friends, and what were they like?

Yes, actually! I had a lot of friends and liked to set them up with Michael. Of course I don’t think they’d be too happy to find out that he was just a closet-case. Le sigh.

When and with whom was your first kiss?

My date to the seventh and eighth grade dance, seventh grade year. Lots of slobber. Bleck.

Are you a virgin?  If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?

Yes

Part 3: Past Influences

What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?

Getting into Clearbell, because it meant I might actually have a shot at being a dancer.

Who has had the most influence on you?

I like to think I’m pretty independent, so I’m my own biggest influence.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

The ingenious idea of throwing Michael and Cameron together. I mean, they’re happy now, right? Score one for Miranda.

What is your greatest regret?

No regrets for me.

Do you have a criminal record of any kind?

Nothing illegal, just ill-advised.

When was the time you were the most frightened?

Probably the time between sending in the paperwork for Clearbell and being accepted.

What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?

I tried acting once. Not my thing, to put it lightly.

If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?

Nothing I can think of.

Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions

Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?

Optimistic

What is your greatest fear?

Nothing in particular right now, but I was SO afraid Michael was gonna do something to himself when he was depressed.

Make love, not war *peace sign*

What are your views on sex?

I wish I could have some?

Are you able to kill?

Not for real, though many a Goomba has suffered my wrath.

Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?

I haven’t met mine, but yes.

What do you believe makes a successful life?

Being able to do what you love

How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?

I am the first to say that I am a very open person. Almost to the point of annoyance. Almost.

Do you have any biases or prejudices?

Not really

Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances?  Why do you refuse to do it?

Nah

Part 5: Relationships With Others

In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)?  Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?

I’ll treat you nicely if you treat me nicely. Not much to it.

Who is the most important person in your life?

Michael

Who is the person you respect the most, and why?

Not sure

Who are your friends?  Do you have a best friend?  Describe these people.

Well there’s my brother Michael who I like to stalk most of the day. There’s his boyfriend Cameron, who was actually sort-of my friend before they started going out. There’s Misty, who’s basically mine and Michael’s mutual best friend. Cameron introduced that photography kid Shawn into our little group, but he seems to prefer Michael over me. He’s way too jumpy.

Do you have a spouse or significant other?

Not right now

Have you ever been in love?  If so, describe what happened.

Not yet

What do you look for in a potential lover?

Someone who can keep up with me

How close are you to your family?

Definitely close with Michael, and Stacey likes to visit us a lot and keep in contact. Dad’s kind of… dropped out of my life since the divorce, and Mom’s a bit out there so we’re not that close.

Have you started your own family?  If so, describe them.  If not, do you want to?  Why or why not?

No, but I think I’d like to eventually.

Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?

Maybe Cameron? Michael’s too apathetic to care half the time.

If you died or went missing, who would miss you?

Any of my friends

Who is the person you despise the most?

This one girl in my cardio class. Oh my god, I can’t stand her. She’s just such a diva!

Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?

Conflict presents itself to me on a silver plate with a nice garnish; no use trying to avoid it.

Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?

I like to think so

Definitely; I thrive on attention.

Do you care what others think of you?

Light blue

What is your favorite food?

Crispy chicken salad. Yum.

What, if anything, do you like to read?

Chick-lit. Yes.

What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)?

Movies and watching Michael try to get Cameron to do his schoolwork.

Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs?  If so, why?  Do you want to quit?

Ew, no. My body is my temple, why would I defile it like that?

How do you spend a typical Saturday night?

Either recital, practice for a recital or, if there’s no recital coming up, I’ll go out to the movies with Michael and them.

What makes you laugh?

A lot of things, actually.

What, if anything, shocks or offends you?

Blatant ignorance

What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?

I once couldn’t sleep and got up around 2am and started to do the dance that those two dancers in Majora’s Mask do every night. My roommate threw her pillow at me.

How do you deal with stress?

I like to yell at my food. It’s oddly calming.

Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?

Usually spontaneous

Character Sheet: Michael

Filed under: Character Sheets — Joana @ 6:59 pm

Part 1: The Basics

What is your full name?

Michael Black

Where and when were you born?

June 30th, Penobscot Valley Hospital

Who are/were your parents?  (Know their names, occupations, etc)

I live with my mother Emily, who’s a real-estate agent.

Do you have any siblings?  What are/were they like?

My twin sister Miranda, who apparently got the enthusiasm gene, and my six-year-old sister Stacey

Where do you live now, and with whom?  Describe the place and the person/people.

During the school year I’m at Clearbell Academy living in the dorms, and during holidays I’m at home with my mother and two sister.

What is your occupation?

I’m a student right now, no job.

Write a full physical description of yourself.  You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.

I’m about 5’6, brown eyes, black hair.  I have a good amount of Native American in me but the only thing I really have to show for it is my darkish skin.  I like to keep my hair kind of long, like long enough for a ponytail.  I usually just dress in whatever I find comfortable.

To which social class do you belong?

Middle class, probably

Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?

Nope

Are you right- or left-handed?

Left

What does your voice sound like?

I dunno, average?  Kinda quiet.  I don’t talk an incredible amount.

What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?

As I said, I don’t talk a lot so…

What do you have in your pockets?

A couple DS game cards

Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

Well, Cameron thinks it’s strange that I don’t talk nearly as much as him.

Part 2: Growing Up

How would you describe your childhood in general?

Average I guess.

What is your earliest memory?

Something involving a swing set and Miranda

How much schooling have you had?

I’m a junior in high school right now.

Did you enjoy school?

Yes

Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?

School.  My family didn’t really have a lot to contribute with that.

While growing up, did you have any role models?  If so, describe them.

I used to want to be like my dad, but not so much after the divorce.

While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?

It was okay.  Mom was stricter than dad, Miranda was determined to publicly embarrass me every chance she got.  Nothing out of the ordinary.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I don’t think I had a specific idea, I just wanted to get away.

As a child, what were your favorite activities?

Reading and proving to Miranda that I am better at video games than her.  She unplugged the NES one time when I was about to defeat the first Super Mario Bros game since she hadn’t gotten that far yet.

As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?

I was actually really vocal when I was younger.  Before the divorce Miranda and I just kind of fed off each other’s energy.

As a child, were you popular?  Who were your friends, and what were they like?

Not really popular, although Miranda would beg to differ.  I had a few friends; ones that could put up with me.

When and with whom was your first kiss?

Natalie; I went out with her for a while in eighth grade, but we broke up when I found out I’d be going to Clearbell instead of the local high school.

Are you a virgin?  If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?

Yeah I am.

Part 3: Past Influences

What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?

Meeting Cameron

Who has had the most influence on you?

Definitely Cameron.  I was depressed as hell my first year at Clearbell and I think he snapped me out of it.  Mostly.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Finally getting away

What is your greatest regret?

That I thought I wanted to be like my father.

Do you have a criminal record of any kind?

No

When was the time you were the most frightened?

When my mom went into labor with my little sister, Stacey.  Miranda and I were the only kids until Stacey, so I had no clue what was going on.

What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?

I fell down the bleacher steps during a school assembly, and of course everyone in school was in there.

If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?

Nothing; I don’t think it’d make a big enough difference.

Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions

Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?

More realistic, I think.

What is your greatest fear?

Failure

What are your religious views?

I never went to church as a child so… I don’t have any, I guess.

What are your political views?

I try to stay out of politics when I can.

What are your views on sex?

It’d be nice to have some, but Cameron seems to have some kind of problem with it.

Are you able to kill?

No

Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?

I think so

What do you believe makes a successful life?

Being able to earn the money you need to live how you want.

How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?

I used to ‘wear my heart on my sleeve’ as Mom would put it.  I don’t talk a lot now, though, which some people seem to think means I’m depressed.  I’m not anymore, though.

Do you have any biases or prejudices?

Not really

Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances?  Why do you refuse to do it?

I’d hate to live in a huge city because of how easily someone can lose themselves in that huge number of people.  I like to be an individual, thanks.  Plus it would be way too noisy for my taste.

Part 5: Relationships With Others

In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)?  Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?

I don’t make an effort to talk to new people, but Miranda seems to think it’s her job to make sure I do, anyway.

Who is the most important person in your life?

Probably a tie between Miranda and Cameron

Who is the person you respect the most, and why?

My mother, for putting up with all the crap so long.

Who are your friends?  Do you have a best friend?  Describe these people.

My best friend is a girl named Misty; she grew up with me and ended up going to Clearbell in the writing program.  She’s a little eccentric but good for advice.  There’s Cameron too, of course.  I think he’s the only person that can make me laugh; even Miranda kind of fails at it these days.  There’s Shawn (one of the photography/journalism kids) that I met the first day of junior year.  He’s really awkward but Cameron seems to like him so he’s around a lot now.

Do you have a spouse or significant other?

My boyfriend, Cameron.

Have you ever been in love?  If so, describe what happened.

Miranda says I am, and apparently Miranda is in charge of my emotions so it must be true.  Sigh.

What do you look for in a potential lover?

Someone who doesn’t mind doing the talking and just lets me listen.

How close are you to your family?

Fairly close to everyone except my father.

Have you started your own family?  If so, describe them.  If not, do you want to?  Why or why not?

No I haven’t, and I’m not sure I’d want to.

Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?

Probably Misty

If you died or went missing, who would miss you?

Quite a few people, or at least that’s what I’d like to believe.

Who is the person you despise the most?

My father, for causing all those problems for us.

Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?

I kind of just sit off to the side and let Miranda handle it.  Or Misty, or Cameron.

Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?

Nope

Do you like interacting with large groups of people?  Why or why not?

I can be in large groups of people, but I don’t usually interact with them.

Do you care what others think of you?

What is your full name?

Cameron Benjamin Nile

Where and when were you born?

January 21’st,  at Blue Bay Memorial Hospital

Who are/were your parents?  (Know their names, occupations, etc)

My mother is Ariella (she works as an office secretary) and my father is William (a dentist).

Do you have any siblings?  What are/were they like?

Nope, I’m an only child.  I think my parents decided I was enough to deal with.

Where do you live now, and with whom?  Describe the place and the person/people.

I live at school most of the year, and with my parents in Blue Bay during the summer and extended holidays.

What is your occupation?

Uh, student, I guess.

Write a full physical description of yourself.  You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.

Blond hair, blue eyes.  Uh, I think I was 5’10, last time I measured myself.  I have no idea about my weight but my friends keep calling me lanky so I guess maybe I’m under?

Upper-middle, probably.

Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?

No, fortunately.

About fifty cents worth of change

Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?

Not that I can think of

Part 2: Growing Up

How would you describe your childhood in general?

Eh, it was pretty good.  I grew up with a religious mother so a lot of my life centered around church activities like Youth Group, which is good for a kid to socialize and stuff, I guess.

What is your earliest memory?

Making snow angels with my mother, the winter before I turned four.

How much schooling have you had?

I’m in my junior year of high school right now.

Did you enjoy school?

Surprisingly, yes.

Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?

My friends and younger relatives, probably.

While growing up, did you have any role models?  If so, describe them.

Not particularly.

While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?

My father was kind of easy-going and let me do what I want, which I liked.  My mom was the one that liked to push the religious stuff, though, which I kind of resent her for now.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A spaceman, but then, didn’t we all?

As a child, what were your favorite activities?

I loved going out in the summer and just drawing these elaborate yet indecipherable pictures with sidewalk chalk.

As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?

My mother says I was ‘incorrigible’, but I’m pretty sure she still thinks of me that way.

As a child, were you popular?  Who were your friends, and what were they like?

Eh, kind of.  I had a lot of girl friends for some unknown reason.

When and with whom was your first kiss?

My best friend Sarah, the Spring of eighth grade year when we found out we both got into Clearbell Academy.

Are you a virgin?  If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?

No I’m not.  I lost my virginity near the end of my freshman year to my roommate, Jean.

What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?

Getting into Clearbell.

Who has had the most influence on you?

My current boyfriend, Michael.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

Staying in a relationship for longer than a month.

What is your greatest regret?

I try not to regret things in my life.

Do you have a criminal record of any kind?

No

When was the time you were the most frightened?

The summer after my freshman year.  I had lost my best friend,  for a while at least, and I was trying to figure out the whole ‘Oh shit, I’m gay!’ thing by myself.  Yeah.

What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?

Every single time I start yelling something just as the entire room goes silent.  Oh, man.

If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?

I would’ve had Miranda introduce me to Michael sooner.

Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions

Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?

I’m optimistic a lot of the time, but I have… kind of an inferiority complex about some things, I guess.

What is your greatest fear?

That I’ll have nothing to do with my life and be left behind.

What are your religious views?

I was raised Christian but uh… obviously don’t believe every single word of it.

What are your political views?

It’s bound to happen eventually, so you may as well know what you’re doing.

Are you able to kill?

Like, maybe a bug, but nothing more than that.

Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?

Oh, definitely.

What do you believe makes a successful life?

Being able to do what you love and make money off it, too.

How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?

I’m pretty honest, for the most part.

Do you have any biases or prejudices?

I’m prejudice against people who don’t like me?

Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances?  Why do you refuse to do it?

Eh, I’ll try most things once.

Part 5: Relationships With Others

In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)?  Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?

Eh, I have no problem with treating people well when I first meet them, at least.  I’ll keep treating them well or change my attitude depending on their own attitude towards me.

Who is the most important person in your life?

Michael right now, probably.

Who is the person you respect the most, and why?

I’d say my Chemistry teacher, mostly because he actually made me think science is awesome.

Who are your friends?  Do you have a best friend?  Describe these people.

Well there’s Michael, who I guess you could consider my friend AND boyfriend, his sister Miranda, and their friend Misty.  There’s that Photography kid Shawn, I guess I’m becoming friends with him.  I don’t really have a wide social circle, I guess.

Do you have a spouse or significant other?

Yeah, my boyfriend Michael.

Have you ever been in love?  If so, describe what happened.

I dunno, I think I’m pretty close, if not there.

What do you look for in a potential lover?

A strong personality, I think.  Not much matters to me beyond that.

How close are you to your family?

We’ve kind of… drifted apart since I came to Clearbell, I guess.

Have you started your own family?  If so, describe them.  If not, do you want to?  Why or why not?

No, I haven’t.  I guess it depends on where I am later in life.

Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?

Any one of my friends, probably.

If you died or went missing, who would miss you?

My parents would, even though they act kind of uncaring at times.  Michael and Miranda, too.

Who is the person you despise the most?

My standard answer would probably be Jean, although… I despise myself pretty hardcore at times.

Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?

Conflict finds ME.

Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?

I… guess.  Sometimes.

Do you like interacting with large groups of people?  Why or why not?

Not really; you can’t give enough attention to every person in a large group.

Do you care what others think of you?

Occasionally

Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs?  If so, why?  Do you want to quit?

None of the above

Either goofing-off at the dorms or out with one or more of my friends to a movie or something.

Physical humor.  I like watching people fall down, okay?

What, if anything, shocks or offends you?

Eh, I’m usually the one offending.

What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?

Well, I couldn’t sleep a lot during that summer after my Freshman year and ended up painting pictures all over my bedroom walls.

How do you deal with stress?

Painting pictures all over my bedroom walls, apparently.

Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?

Definitely spontaneous
